I experimented with my first tea bath a few years ago after I kept coming across recipes for them in my body care books, and what followed was the most relaxing sleep. Each recipe used a different combination of herbs based on the desired benefits, so I mixed loose flowers known to nourish and heal damaged skin. As it turns out, some of the most calming herbs for the skin are also calming to the mind and spirit to promote a night of restful sleep. This blend is made of equal parts of hella flowers including stinging nettle leaves, lavender flowers, chamomile flowers, red rose petals, calendula petals, cornflower petals, jasmine flowers, peppermint leaves, chrysanthemum flowers, comfrey leaves, red rooibos tea, and dragon well tea. This blend of herbs is good for all of your skin and your scalp will love it too. Bathe beautifully. Sleep peacefully. Enjoy. It’s a great gift…
